He founded the Agritourism Summit "to help farmers understand how to connect their passion and knowledge with visitors, while also adding a new revenue stream to their farming operations."
The event will be held at Peppers Manor House on August 29, and is supported by the state government through its body Destination NSW.
It will feature expert speakers, who will talk about their experiences building and expanding agritourism businesses.
"Whether it be a farm stay, farm tour or pick your own produce experience, agritourism allows visitors to get a taste of the people, produce and lifestyle of farming," he said.
The event will also cover topics such as how to deliver a visitor experience while running day-to-day farm operations, marketing tips, sustainable practices, marketing tips and regulations.
Attendees will also gain advice on how to start their own on-farm experience and the latest trends impacting the agritourism industry.
Early bird tickets are $195 per person and include morning, lunch and afternoon tea.
The event is being run in conjunction with the AgriShow running at the Moss Vale Showground from August 30 to 31.
Conference registrations include free access to the Moss Vale event on either day.
