David Hobson and Colin Lane will bring their In Tails show to Mittagong RSL on July 21.
The show was first launched in 2016 with a series of shows, and has been back on the road across the country since March.
The duo have been friends for 25 years, and have been intrigued about learning one another's crafts.
"We have as much fun as the audience," David said.
"It feels very special to do it."
For David; a tenor and composer who has performed in a variety of productions, comedy was "not as easy as it looks", but it was great to learn the ropes from a friend.
Opera in comparison had a "road map" and rigid structure, he said, whereas comedy allowed for more spontaneity, interaction, and being in-tune with the audience.
Colin, who is one half of the award-winning comedy duo Lano and Woodley, has found there was a "big difference" and a great deal of discipline in the world of opera.
The show had "lots of songs and mucking around and comedy", he said.
The pair said it was fun for all ages, and the chance to get together with friends.
While they do pick on each other a bit, they also perform the "greatest art ever written" David said, along with dance routines.
Tickets are $55 each and can be bought through mittagongrsl.com.au.
The doors open at 3pm for a 3.30pm start.
