The senior pairs semifinals were decided in harsh winter weather conditions on Saturday, June 22 at the Bowral Bowling Club.

The weather was not great but the semifinals went ahead and the best place to be was as spectators in the clubhouse.
- Ashley Lewis and Greg Lewis defeated Peter Flight and Dave Coltman 17-13.
Both sides were able to enjoy good passages of play early, with the Lewis brothers ahead 7-0 after four ends.

This then had Flight and Coltman coming back to trail 9-6 at the halfway mark.
The next six ends was shot for shot the feature being good draw shots from Flight and Coltman that had them in front 12-11 and there was the feel they were starting to look the better team.
The game took a turn with the scores locked at 12-12 on the 17th end and with Flight and Coltman holding three shots, Ashley Lewis had a drive and absolutely played a blinder of a shot to hit the jack into the ditch and get one shot.
The Lewis brothers then won the remaining ends to finish five shot winners.
Reading through the game, it was not a convincing win, but full credit to Flight and Coltman who pushed the winners all the way.
- Noel Fraser and Jim Neely defeated Arnold Lenczuk and Mick Flynn 26-10.
For the first three ends, Lenczuk and Flynn were in command having a 3-0 lead and looked as if they would make a game of it.
However, Fraser and Neely started to settle into the the style of play they are known for and after 14 ends, had a match lead off 20-5.
Lenzcuk and Flynn had the courage to go for their shots, but Fraser and Neely had the complete package and moved into the final with a sixteen shot win.
The final will be between Ashley Lewis and Greg Lewis up against Noel Fraser and Jim Neely.
