Savour the Unexpected will feature surprises and have something for everybody, the festival director says.

It will begin on the winter solstice (June 21), and finish on June 30.
Festival director Alistair Thomson said it was the opportunity to promote experiences in the region during winter.
"It's a combination of food, drinks and culture and getting about in winter," he said.
Other events include a garden opera and jazz, a solstice cabaret and Riverfest, which have already sold out.

Cocktail Circus
People are invited to put on their best frocks for a flamboyant cocktail party that features live performances, cocktails from the SoHi distillery and food by chef Alex Watts.
When and where: June 21 at Fairground Follies from 6pm
Tickets: $125 via Trybooking. It is an 18 and over event.
Fire Feast
Africola chef owner Duncan Welgemoed from Adelaide will be cooking up a fire feast, with South American cooking which includes asado, salads, vegetables and poultry.
When and where: June 21 from 5pm at Osborn House

Midwinter
The burning man is a highlight at this midwinter celebration. Kids can make masks and floral crowns, get face painting and be a part of the magical monster parade. There will be live music from Moody Beach and The Tambourine Girls, Monica Trapaga and Dj Leo Tanio. There will be food from Eschalot, Pizzetro, A Van Called Deliah, The Valerie Van and Will's Kitchen, with drinks from SoHi.
When and where: Ngununggula Gallery on June 22 from 5pm to 9pm

Artsy Fartsy Boozy Foody Project
Enjoy wines from the Tractorless Vineyard at six stopping points and learn about winemaking from Jeff Aston. Chef Stefano Marvello will create a menu that complements each wine. Local artists will also provide surprises at each station.
When and where: June 30 from 2pm to 5pm at the Blue Metal Vineyard/ Tractorless Vineyard in Berrima
