Kids up to the age of 14 can strap dance with their friends. Children can have fun on Saturday, June 29 at Mittagong RSL from 4pm to 6pm. Entry: $5 dollars per child, with funds going back to kids in the community. Call 0412 321 555 for more information. It is a cash only and no-alcohol event.
Pride Month with ReFrame
Young people between the ages of 12 and 17 will have the chance to choose an LGBTQ themed movie to watch at a screening held by ReFrame. It will be held on Friday, June 28 at The Venue in Bowral from 5pm to 7pm. It is free to attend. Southern Highlands Symphony Orchestra Winter Concert Series
The Southern Highlands Symphony Orchestra will present compositions by Colin Brumby Paean, Pyotr Tchaikovsky and Johannes Brahms. Solo violinist Emily Berkhout will be featured and Dr Allan Stiles is the conductor. Enjoy it all at the Bowral Memorial Hall on Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30. Artsy Fartsy Boozy Foody Project
Enjoy wines from the Tractorless Vineyard at six stopping points and learn about winemaking from Jeff Aston. Chef Stefano Marvello will create a menu that complements each wine. Local artists will also provide surprises at each station. Immerse yourself in it all on Sunday, June 30 at the Tractorless Vineyard in Berrima from 2pm to 5pm. Learn to skate youth workshops
Students will be guided by coaches and taught the physical and creative elements of skateboarding. The workshops will take place on Monday, July 8 from 10am to 1pm at the Moss Vale Skate Park. It is free, register through Trybooking.
Donate blood
You can make a difference and donate blood in Bowral. Lifeblood, which is run by the Australian Red Cross, is making its way to the Bowral Swimming Centre. It will be open on July 8 (10am to 3pm), 9 and 10 (12pm to 6pm), 11 and 12 (10am to 4pm) and 13 (10am to 1.30pm). People can book a time to donate through lifeblood.com.au/blood, or calling 13 14 95.
Creative collage crafts
Youth can enjoy a free collage class and get creative with artist Catherine Hanes. It will be held from 11am to 12pm on Tuesday, July 9 at the Soldier's Memorial Hall in Bundanoon. Southern Highlands Evening CWA Quiz Night
Enjoy a night of trivia with local artist Dave Thomas as the quiz master. There will be a French theme with prizes for the best decorated table and themed outfit. Funds from the night will be dedicated to Pop In. enjoy it all at the Mittagong RSL on Thursday, July 11 from 7pm to 10pm. It is $15 per person, tickets can be bought via Trybooking.

Recent Works
Bundanoon's Del Cooley taught Canberra artist Caroline Deeble, and the pair are coming together for a unique exhibition. It will showcase a Del's acrylics and oils, coupled with Caroline's watercolours and mixed media. It will be held at the Bowral Art Gallery from Wednesday, July 17 to Tuesday, July 23, with an opening from 5.30pm on Friday, July 19. The gallery is open daily from 10am to 4pm.
Community cooking classes for people aged 12 and over
The Community Cooking School will guide cooks to prepare an easy menu, where they will make, prepare and eat their own morning tea. It will be held at The Community Cooking School kitchen on Kazcare Grounds in Bowral. There will be a session on Friday, July 12 and Tuesday, July 16 from 10am to 1pm. It is free, register via Trybooking.
In Tails: Hobson and Lane
Comedian Colin Lane and tenor and composer David Hobson have been friends for 25 years and perform one another's vocations in this show. See them on Sunday, July 21 at the Mittagong RSL from 3.30pm. Tickets are $55 each through mittagongrsl.com.au/whats-on/shows-and-events.

Set in Stone
Internationally acclaimed pianist Michael Tsalka joins Thoroughbass director Diana Weston for this unique concert. There will be a mix of compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach, Ann Carr-Boyd, Carl Philip Emanuel Astor Piazzola. Hear it all on Sunday, July 21 at St Jude's Church from 3.15pm. Tulip Time
See the beauty of 85,000 tulips and 16,000 annuals on display at the Corbett Gardens from Friday, September 13 to Monday, September 30. This year's theme is Celebration of the Southern Highlands. September 20, 21, 27 and 28 have been proposed for Tulips After Dark.Tulip Time is free for residents and tourists can purchase tickets in the middle of the year.

Bundanoon Garden Ramble
Each Spring, Bundanoon welcomes visitors to wander through eight beautiful gardens in and around this charming, heritage village. There is always lots to see and do on Ramble weekend. Bundanoon, just an hour or two south of Sydney, borders the Morton National Park in the Southern Highlands. Eight cool-climate private gardens will be open to visitors and there will be a special steam train from Central station to Bundanoon and return. It is on Saturday and Sunday, October 26 and 27. All gardens $25, single garden $5.
