It will be Christmas in July themed, and will be held at The Stables at Bendooley Estate, on July 21.
The BDCF aims to raise $50,000 from events such as the Bowral Long Lunch and its Best of City and Country Art Prize, which was held earlier this year.
Attendees can look forward to an extravaganza of wine, three-course meals, art, auction items, raffles, live music and dancing.
This is the 19th Bowral Long Lunch.
The BDCF has raised over $1.5 million in the last 19 years, which has been dedicated to projects and initiatives for children and youth in the region.
One of these projects was an upgrade of the Bowral and Distrrict Hospital children's ward, and sponsoring a youth mental health nurse and youth weight clinician at the hospital.
Funds have also been used to sponsor a community coordinator at ReFrame, a child wellbeing coordinator at Pop In, and youth mentors at Bowral and Moss Vale High Schools.
The Butterfly Foundation and BATYR have benefited from the BDCF's funds, which have been used for mental health and wellbeing education sessions at schools across the region.
Funds have also been used for the Highlands Wellbeing Forum at Oxley College.
The lunch will run from 12pm to 5pm.
Tickets are $190 per person, which can be bought via Trybooking.
