The St Jude's Music Association will host a Highlands Sinfonia Concert to raise funds for Challenge Southern Highlands.
The community-based charity provides supported employment for disabled people, as well as accommodation for them to transition to independent living.
The concert will take place at St Jude's Anglican Church on September 20, at 10.30am.
Money is being raised for the charity to build a second house in Welby for people with disabilities to live in and learn different skills.
CSH general manager Tony McElhinney said the second house would provide invaluable support for those who need it.
"The purpose of the house is to provide permanent accommodation for people who may not have the ability to live independently," he said.

"Our aim is to provide a safe, caring, supportive environment for them to live."
The second home is going to house up to five people, as well as staff onsite, have a communal bathroom, kitchen, loungeroom and other shared facilities.
A unit will also be attached.
The concert will feature Symphony Number One by Etienne Mehul, the Adagio concerto, and the The Impressario K486: Overture by Wolfgang Mozart.
Tickets are $20 each at the door and there is parking onsite.
