Known as Knoyle Estate, it first hit the market at the start of 2022, but a new campaign is being pushed by Knight Frank agents Nathan Berlyn and Andrew Blake for the sale.
It is being sold by its current owners, and has 31 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, two kitchens, 12 living and dining rooms, and room for six cars.
Mr Blake said it could be used for commercial and domestic purposes and was expected to attract developers and investors from Sydney.
The four residencies make up more than 2000 square metres of space.

"The property could be used in its current form as a grand home, but there is also the opportunity to repurpose the residence, as well as to develop, subject to council approval and hence for it to instead be a commercial acquisition," Mr Blake said.
"Other possible uses include a bed and breakfast or a country hotel with the demand for premium accommodation in the area, a luxury wellness retreat, a wedding or events venue, a cooking school, an art gallery or even as a retail outlet for antique dealers."
Other potential uses included group homes and senior living, and could be subdivided due to being on three titles, the agent said.
It was built for John and Florence Fairfax's grandson Charles B Fairfax, designed by London architect Maurice Adams, and was once a boarding school, Mr Berlyn said.
"It's also one of the largest landholdings and oldest gardens in the suburb of Burradoo and the Southern Highlands region," he said.
The architecture also carries resemblances with former Fairfax family estate Elaine, which is in the heart of Sydney's harbour.
The Queen Anne style buildings in Burradoo showcase influences of Gothic Revival and arts and crafts styles, with bay windows, detailed plaster arches, terracotta shingles, decorated gables, stone-dressed brick walls and cantilevered cedar staircase.
The park-like gardens feature rare specimen trees, lush green lawns, flowers, century-old trees, mature plantings and full arch canopies.
According to Knight Frank Research, there were 147 prime sales that exceeded $2 million each in the Southern Highlands over 2022, with a total sales volume of $432 million.
