The weekly Qigong classes take place every Tuesday from 1pm to 2pm at the Mittagong Community Centre.

Participants from the first classes received certificates from Highlands Chi Kung instructor Jim Christie.
"I am pleased with the progress that the group has made in completing the five elements and longevity training sessions," he said.
"These gentle rhythmic exercises are very good for us all in keeping active, maintaining balance and good health."

Mittagong Seniors Club President Kim Leevers said anyone was welcome to join the classes regardless of their age and gender.
The group holds other activities such as line dancing and ukulele classes.
People must be members of Mittagong Seniors to participate in the classes, as well as other activities, which is an annual fee of $10 and a weekly attendance fee of five dollars, to cover things such as morning tea.
The classes have weekly fee of seven dollars.
