Running through the Highlands with loved ones in this unique event can be beneficial for the most vulnerable in the region.

The Southern Highlands Running Festival (SHRF) is making a comeback, and people of all fitness abilities and ages are invited to take part.
The event will take place on September 2 will raise funds for Can Assist Southern Highlands.
The network provides financial support to cancer patients as they are undergoing treatment, and their loved ones.
SHRF marketing manager Curtis Tredway said it brought the community together year after year.

"It's not just a celebration of fitness, but also the spirit of camaraderie, a battle against cancer and a celebration of the breathtaking beauty of our region," he said.
People can take part in a half marathon and the 10 kilometre run, as well as fun runs spanning two and five kilometres.
Once people complete their races, they can celebrate with live music and food and beverage stalls.
The route runs through many scenic areas in the region.
Registrations are open and people are encouraged to secure their spot early.
