The agency, which is located in Sutherland, Double Bay, Cronulla, and Taren Point, opens its doors on Merrigang Street, in Bowral this week.
Rural and residential sales agent Corina Nesci, who has sold luxurious properties and estates in the region throughout her career, is helping with the expansion.
"The Southern Highlands represents a lifestyle that can't be achieved in the cities - people move here and stay because of the beautiful towns, rolling hills, community lifestyle, incredible nature, bustling restaurants, great schools, and more affordable but premium housing," she said.
"Every sale I have made has been a personal journey for me, where the clients interests are at the very heart."
Highland CEO David Highland, was inspired to expand due to clients seeking lifestyle changes.

"Many of our clients who purchase in the eastern suburbs, are also looking for superior homes with more extensive land offerings at various price points, or looking at lifestyle moves away from the city," he said.
"This expansion is a strategic move for Highland, as we will be able to meet the needs of buyers in the area, as well as those of our existing clients in Sydney who are looking for a change of scenery."
The opening will be marked with a launch night on March 23, where a group of VIP guests will indulge in canapes and beverages, while they learn more from the Highland team.
Highland was established in 2007, and has an annual turnover of $2.5 billion and 3000 rental managements.
People can call the Bowral office on 4863 5700.
