And that's what the thousands of people got when they headed to the Day on the Green at Centennial Vineyards on the outskirts of Bowral.
It was the second DOTG since the return of the event in the Southern Highlands after a decade-long hiatus - and it was faultless.
Even the bus trip out to the event and home again later in the evening was easy and quick.

But of course the highlight of the day was the entertainment - all of which took this X-gener on a journey back to her youth.
The evening's entertainment kicked off with music from Joe Sumner who is in fact Sting's son. It was clear that musical talent doesn't fall far from the tree.
But the highlight for me for the evening was the chance to reminisce with some classic hits of the late 70s and early 80s performed by support act, James Reyne, and the international headliner, Sting.
Both performers served up an impressive selection of their hits. There were a few newer offerings also in the mix but as far as I was concerned it was all about those hits that took me on a journey back in time.
As far as support acts are concerned James Reyne was perfect and I was left wanting more. I was thrilled that such classics as Boys Light Up, Reckless and Errol were all on the playlist.
And the trip down memory lane continued as soon as Sting stepped on to the stage and launched his performace with such hits as Message in a Bottle, Every little thing she does is magic, and Englishman in New York.
I was a little concerned when the classic Roxanne didn't show up early in the playlist, but all was forgiven when he wrapped up the show with the hit. The tune kept ringing in my head for the entire trip home. Truth be known I'm still singing it now.
All in all the great day out in the Southern Highlands has left me keen for more.
The good news is that it's only weeks away with Jon Stevens (Noiseworks), Cyndi Lauper and Rod Stewart set to hit the stage at Centennial Vineyards on April 2.
