They were called to the the Illawarra Highway on the Macquarie Pass, near the Calderwood Trail at about 1.15pm on January 18.
A NSW Ambulance media spokesperson said that a Toll Ambulance rescue helicopter was also due to go out, but has been called off.

One man who is being treated is in his 60s and his injuries are unknown.
Stop and slow traffic conditions are in place.
Motorists travelling that way are advised to reduce their speed, expect delays and exercise caution.
