The legal professional from Sydney said the show was an "absolute blast".
"It was so crazy to be in that environment," he said.
"I think I always knew that it was going to be challenging and a bit left of field and quite a new experience.
"The whole thing is completely wild."
"I am so sad for my time to have come to an end but I think I'm equally happy in a way that I went out on a high."
Mark correctly voted two traitors out, Angus and Claire.
However, in the end, his accurate observations put him in the remaining traitors' crosshairs and he was murdered on Monday night's episode.
"I think I was pulling myself back to those kinds of deep feelings or those tiny things that I noticed that might not be the most obvious," he said.
"I think that really kind of became my superpower near the end as I kind of started to started to narrow in on those traitors."
In his exit interview, Mark said he also suspected Marielle as a traitor but didn't get a chance to complete his "trifecta".
"Marielle was a really interesting one because even though she could have potentially been my trifecta, she was the one who was able to probably confuse me the most," he said.
"We were being mixed in with connecting and being friends as well.
"But there was just something from the start or something from early on, particularly after the Chloe explosion. I sort of knew that something wasn't sitting quite right with me and so I just kind of backed away."
As for traitor Nigel, Mark said he only ever suspected him once.
"The only time I suspected Nigel was right in my kind of final days, when when we do the gambling challenge," he said.
"I thought to myself, 'the traitors have selected faithful and traitors or a mix of both to do this challenge', and I knew in my heart of hearts that it wasn't Lewis.
"I was like 'I think it could be Nigel', but alas, I didn't get the chance to test that theory."
As a legal professional, Mark used his skills to pinpoint lies and intentions.
"I think a lot of the stuff that I do in my work involves connecting with people and kind of understanding what their intentions or their motivations might be," he said.
"It's not something that everybody has so I think my work has sort of polished that skill off."
While Mark resides in Sydney, he grew up in New Zealand and loved exploring the little pockets of regional NSW, including the Southern Highlands.
"I must admit, it's not somewhere I had been before," he said.
"But it's a lovely little piece of the countryside.
"The Robertson Hotel is beautiful and has so much character and is somewhere I'd visit.
"I'm from New Zealand, obviously so there are many little pockets of Australia that I've yet to venture to so glad that I can add Robertson to my list."
The Traitors airs every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at 7.30 pm on Channel 10 or 10 Play.
