The Kirkham based company won the HIA NSW Specialised Housing award for their Mittagong project.
Congratulating John McDonald Building Services on such an outstanding achievement, HIA executive director - NSW, David Bare said the awards recognised excellence in residential construction
"These awards provide a tremendous opportunity for HIA members to showcase their projects and highlight building and design excellence," he said.
"This year's awards were particularly special being the 50th anniversary of the HIA NSW Housing and Kitchen and Bathroom Awards as well as the first ever to be held in a virtual format, which is a very fitting parallel to the resilance and adaptabilty HIA members have shown throughout a difficult year.
"Congratulations to all of thid year's winners and finalists for outstanding achievements in workmanship, innovation and design. The winners of major categories can look forward to progressing to HIA's national awards next year and I wish them every success"
